1. Navigate to Items Page 0:00

  • Start from your dashboard.

  • Click on the 'Items' page.

 

2. Click on 'Add Item' 0:09

  • Locate and click the 'Add Item' button.

 

3. Enter Required Information 0:16

  • Input the item name (e.g., 'Box1').

  • This is the only required field.

 

4. Provide Additional Details 0:24

  • Specify the location (e.g., 'assembly' or 'receiving dock').

  • Set the minimum order quantity (e.g., '5').

  • Identify the supplier (e.g., 'Amazon').

 

5. Add Image URL 1:21

  • Go to the image page, right-click, and select 'Copy Image Address'.

  • Paste the URL in the designated field.

  • Optionally, you can upload an image.

 

6. Set Default Supplier 1:29

  • Ensure the supplier is set as the default.

 

7. Update and Publish Item 1:37

  • Review all entered information.

  • Click 'Publish' to save the item.

 

8. Print Item Details 1:53

  • Pull up the item again from the list.

  • Click on 'Print' to generate a printout of the item.
