Arda Platform - Quick Onboarding Guide

Last updated: July 2, 2026

> DRAFT — for help.arda.cards. Replaces the current "Arda Platform - Quick Onboarding Guide" stub (id 7d7b90ed), which is three dead links and nothing else.

What this covers: signing up for Arda Cloud, logging in for the first time, and what to do in your first half hour.

Create your account

  1. Go to live.app.arda.cards/signup.
  2. Fill in your details — name, email, and a password.
  3. Submit the form. You'll land on a success page — if it asks you to confirm your email, do that before signing in.
  4. Sign in at live.app.arda.cards.

That's it. You get your own Arda workspace the moment you sign up — no waiting on us, no sales call required. You'll land on your dashboard with a welcome message.

Your first 30 minutes

The dashboard has shortcuts for the three things you'll do most: Manage items, Reorder items, and Receive items. Here's the order we'd suggest doing things in:

  1. Add a handful of items. Click Items in the sidebar and add 5–10 things you actually reorder. Only the name is required — everything else can come later. (See: Adding a Single Item in Arda.)
  2. Got a big catalog? Don't type it all in. Use the CSV import instead. (See: Bulk Importing Items with CSV.)
  3. Print cards. Every item gets a Kanban card — that card is the whole system. (See: Printing in Arda.)
  4. Invite your team. Arda works best when the people pulling stock off shelves can scan cards themselves. (See: Inviting Your Team to Arda.)
  5. Run the loop once. Scan a card, watch it land in the Order Queue, place the order, receive it. Once you've done the full lap on one item, you understand Arda.

Gotchas

  • Disable pop-up blockers for live.app.arda.cards before you print or order. Printing opens a print viewer and online ordering opens supplier pages in new tabs — a pop-up blocker silently eats both. (See: How to Disable Pop-up Blockers.)
  • Invited by a teammate? Don't sign up here. Use the invitation link they sent you — it puts you in their workspace. Signing up fresh gives you a separate empty workspace of your own.
