How to Disable Pop-up Blockers

Issues you may be running into:

1. Order All does not open all links

2. Only see some or no printed cards, labels, or breadcrumbs

Why do I need to disable pop-up blockers?

Arda requires pop-ups to be enabled for critical features to function correctly, specifically:

* Printing: Cards, Labels, and Breadcrumbs are PDF files that open in a new window.

* Order Queue: Managing orders and accessing full functionality in the order queue relies on pop-up windows to open purchasing URLs.

If you are experiencing issues with printing or the order queue, please ensure pop-up blockers are disabled for arda.cards.

Here is how:

Google Chrome

1. On your computer, open Chrome.

2. At the top right, click More (three vertical dots) > Settings.

3. Click Privacy and security > Site Settings.

4. Click Pop-ups and redirects.

5. Under "Allowed to send pop-ups and use redirects," click Add.

6. Enter [*.]arda.cards and click Add.

Alternatively, when a pop-up is blocked, you will see an icon in the address bar. Click the icon and select *Always allow pop-ups and redirects from [site]**, then click Done.*

Safari (macOS)

1. Open Safari.

2. In the menu bar, choose Safari > Settings (or Preferences).

3. Click the Websites tab.

4. In the sidebar, select Pop-up Windows.

5. Find arda.cards in the list of currently open websites (ensure you have Arda open).

6. Click the dropdown menu next to the website and choose Allow.

Mozilla Firefox
